We currently support PayPal for payment. Payment processing is handled by the applicable payment provider, and your use of that payment method may also be subject to the provider's terms.

• We may cancel or refuse an order because of inventory issues, pricing or product errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, compliance concerns, or other fulfillment issues.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method where appropriate.
• Order confirmation emails confirm that we received your order request; they do not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.

Shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, exchange, and refund rules are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

If there is a conflict between a checkout message and a policy page, the more specific order or checkout information may apply to that transaction.

Products must be used responsibly and in accordance with any included instructions, warnings, and applicable local laws or rules.

Do not misuse water blasters or use them in unsafe situations, near people who do not consent to play, near traffic, around electrical hazards, or in any way that could cause injury, property damage, or public disturbance.

The storefront, including text, images, logos, product names, design elements, and other content, is owned by moqidodo or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit storefront content without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

The storefront may use third-party services for payment, hosting, logistics, customer support, and security. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, moqidodo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the storefront, products, or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
