Returns & Refunds

This policy explains how moqidodo reviews cancellation, return, exchange, and refund requests for orders placed through this storefront.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at hello@moqidodo.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We can only attempt cancellations or changes before an order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped or tracking has been issued, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change the order.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To start a return, email hello@moqidodo.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. We will provide instructions after reviewing your request.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials.

  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized repair, or normal wear are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards, final-sale items, and items clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at hello@moqidodo.com.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund timing depends on your payment provider. PayPal and card providers may take additional business days to post the refund after it has been issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items when they are approved as damaged, defective, or incorrect. For other exchange needs, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

If you have not received an expected refund, first check your PayPal account or bank account, then contact your payment provider. If the refund still does not appear after the provider's normal processing time, contact us at hello@moqidodo.com.
